Who runs this site

ProCamping (procamping.co.uk) is operated by CentraServe Ltd, a UK company. Any privacy query should go via the contact page.

What we collect

This site does not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn't set tracking cookies. It sits behind Cloudflare, which — like any CDN/reverse proxy — sees and briefly logs the standard connection metadata (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) needed to route and protect the site; this is Cloudflare's own infrastructure logging, not something we add or control beyond enabling their service. Our own web server keeps standard access logs for the same purpose (security, abuse prevention), and these are not sold or shared with third parties.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are emailed to us and kept in a private log so we can reply and keep a record of correspondence. We don't add you to any mailing list from a contact form submission, and don't share this with third parties. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to filter spam; Google's own privacy policy applies to that check.

Affiliate links

ProCamping is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk. Some gear and book review pages on this site contain Amazon links marked with a "Check price on Amazon UK" button; if you click through and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our opinion of a product — reviews reflect the same content that was here before any affiliate link was added. Any page carrying an affiliate link says so directly on that page, not just here.

Outbound links to gear manufacturers, retailers, or other third-party sites that are not marked as an Amazon affiliate link are provided for reference only, with no commercial relationship behind them.

Your rights

Since we don't build marketing profiles or sell data, there's little to request beyond correspondence records — but if you'd like a copy of anything we hold about you (e.g. a past contact-form message), or want it deleted, use the contact page and we'll action it.
